Texas Lutheran slips by Lady Cats, men's soccer falls
SEGUIN, Texas - The Louisiana College women's team scored its second goal of the season but came up a goal short against Texas Lutheran.
Despite Marionne Coronel finding the back of the net, the Lady Cats fell 2-1 to Texas Lutheran in American Southwest Conference action.
Women's goalie Emily Breaux had another outstanding day, providing 14 saves.
In the men's game, Texas Lutheran had a solid performance and defeated the Wildcats 4-0. LC goalie Anish Karsan had eight saves in a complete game.
Both the men and the women return to action today on the road at Schreiner.
