LC soccer comes short in Homecoming showdowns with UMHB
PINEVILLE, LA - Homecoming weekend was a tough one for the LC men's and women's soccer teams thanks to the highly-regarded men and women from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
In a doubleheader that took place just before the Wildcat football team's home contest against ETBU, the UMHB women defeated LC 6-0 and the Cru men downed the Wildcats 8-0.
LC women's goalie Emily Breaux finished her contest with 15 saves and Joe Saverino, the LC men's goalie, played a complete game and made 10 saves.
