Final Standings
ALEXANDRIA, La. - The Patriots lit up the links at OakWing Golf Course Tuesday to seal the win in the Louisiana College Fall Invitational.
Although Texarkana College's  Johan Swanepoel shot a tournament-best 67 (5-under par) to win the individual crown ith a two-day total of 141, Texas-Tyler's Joey Rippel (142), Brandon ellis (143) and Tynan Day (144) filled in places 2-3 to help the Patriots win the team crown with a combined total of 578 for the tournament.
Texarkana finished second with a 582, Mississippi College third with a 597, LeTourneau fourth with a 637, LC fifth with a 648 and Hendrix College sixth with a 696.
Louisiana College's top golfer was John Willie, who followed his 83 performance on day 1 with a 72 (even par) performance on day 2 to finish the torunament at 155, good enough for 15th.
Chas Cranford was next highest with a 163 (19th).
